Not really.
Other then the 2 sector flights operated by QF, BA, CX and LA, which have mostly been posted before in other threads, the vast majority of the oneworld multiple sector flights are operated by AA, and the flight numbers and routing of those flights are always changing.
Many of the AA flights are tags to long haul flights, such as LHR-LAX-HNL, NRT-DFW-BOS or SYD-LAX-LAS, but while the long haul flight number tends to stay the same, where the tag flight goes doesn't. eg, AA64/65 is JFK-ZRH. For part of the year, it has a tag flight to/from MIA. For another part, the tag goes to DFW.
Then they have flights like BOS-DEN (via CLT), which only operates on weekends in Oct.
While a list of the non AA multi sector oneworld flights could be made and would likely stay current for a long time, any list that includes the AA flights would be out of date very quickly.
