- good nights rest / sleep quality
- seating
- food, service and overall soft product
- connecting lounges at LHR
This is for LHR-JNB.
Also just for kicks how would you compare it to the new Lufthansa business class?
1) BA probably has better lounges.
2) BA seat is more private. SA seat is more comfortable. PTV is better on BA.
3) Service is probably more attentive on BA
4) Food is better on SA
5) Still wine better on SA, sparkling better on BA
6) I prefer the 747 and A380 on BA to the A340 and A330 on SA.
Kind of a toss up. Go with what suits your loyalty and timings better.
