Westin Tokyo has concierge service (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.) If you send an e-mail to the hotel (look up hotel website for contact information) then likely they can connect you with a hotel concierge where they can make various arrangements.

If you have no idea about touring Tokyo then one to recommend is a bus tour by Hato Bus. This company has been doing bus tour for long time, one of original, in Tokyo and has been doing English tour. Website lists various half day and full day tour of Tokyo. Find one which attract your interest.

Even with meals, Tokyo is a large city with various international cuisines to offer. If you can narrow down by type of cuisine and budget, then that will make easier for concierge to make recommendations. Same for activities and tours, if you can make a list of things you like to do or see and the budget, then concierge will able to make an appropriate recommendation for you.

Have you read up on something like travel guide book on Tokyo? Many of us are very familiar with Tokyo and Japan in general. But none of us have no idea about your like and dislike, it will be difficult to recommend something which you and your wife will end up enjoying.
