To do the math, can anyone answer how the RDMs are calculated in my circumstance for my American leg:

Travel group paid ~$330 for economy and then I called AA and paid with my personal card a $310 fee (and $50 phone fee) to upgrade to J. When calculating my AA RDM do I get to count it as $640?
