I want to rent a convertible on the Big Island of Hawaii, picked up from ITO, and dropped off at their local location at my hotel. Apparently Enterprise doesn't allow this for convertibles, though they don't even charge a one way fee for other vehicle types (I've tried both online, and modifying the reservation by calling).

Is there a real risk that if I just show up at the hotel location with the car, they'll refuse to accept it? Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
