I went to the branch outlet (in a Mobil station(!)) north of Hartford and south of BDL last Thursday. The ribs by themselves were rather dry and flavourless other than for the smoking. Reheating them with a bit of water made them moist and the BBQ sauce makes it.

Portions were generous. A full rack ($16) was 16 meaty ribs.
