One big difference is on the staffing. As I understand it the CSD is less tied up with service delivery, and the workload is better distributed elsewhere. And a happy CSD is a happy vessel.

I thought I would repeat this, just in case there was any doubt. I did (briefly) try to get Seatguru updated for BA, KLM and Air France, but soon worked out that its purpose in life was not specifically to help travellers. On the other hand we are blessed by thebasource.com, which most certainly is intended to help travellers.
