Finally got our bags, no thanks to BA

We did something similar. My wife was returning to SFO on AA last night, so she went down to AA's bag claim area and got our 3 bags. It was a challenge for her since she already had 2 bags from the trip she was on, but she eventually managed to get all 5 bags to her car and drove home.

BA was 100% ineffective at getting our bags for us. They did absolutely zero. Pathetic.
