The planner tool gives me several warnings most of which I understand. The one that concerns me is relative to international arrivals and departures from the country of origin.
I thought Costa Rica is part of North America region but does it still count as an international departure? All stopovers relative to MIA and HKG would be less than 24 hours.
Any help would be appreciated.
