Try to go for noon weekday buffet for a good variety of dishes including some good curry. I think it's around $6. This is owned by the family of Laotians who have several other restaurants in the Twin Cities area including the following one.

I like to find places where I can double dip with the Entertainment Book coupons and iDine. Ruam Mit Thai, 475 St. Peter Street, St. Paul, is one of these. The Entertainment Book coupon is good only in the evening for dinner and they are closed on Sundays. Years ago this was our favorite Thai/Laotian place but others have come along since. That's the only one worth mentioning so far.
