A warning for anyone transferring to American Eagle / Gate 60A - 60L in LAX. I and a colleague nearly got caught out transferring to Vancouver.

Gate 60A - 60L is a bus to the Regional Terminal which is past Terminal 8. You just present yourself well before boarding for the bus - there is no call - to ensure that the bus transfers you in time. This was not explained to us when we checked-in in PHL nor obvious when we went to the gate (my colleague ordered food to take away while we were "waiting" for the flight to be called.

While returning today, I noticed that there is an Admiral's Club there which is something!
