What happened - had 3/4 segments delayed & flight attendant failed to get back to me after i requested a first aid kit
Compensation - $150 voucher
Comments - I'm pleased with the voucher. I explained what happened and mentioned I was disappointed with the service. Response was about 1.5 hours after I submitted.
