Was supposed to open this month, I booked a 5 day stay this coming March.
Seems good value to me - 160K for a room with kitchen and enough beds for the family plus breakfast.
I know the area and can see that it is very close to the Wailea Marriott resort and the Grand Wailea. Curious about the shuttle down to the beach and other amenities/experiences.

Drove by it last month (wasn't open yet)...as you said it's not on the beach and isn't really walkable either. You will have to pay to park at the beach unless you take the "shuttle" and i hate that kind of thing. I would personally stay at the Wailea Marriott for the same amount of points and buy some yogurt and granola for breakfast and keep it in my hotel fridge...
