Can anyone confirm from experience that the JAL F Lounge allows access to (no status) people travelling on CX in F (as they should under oneworld rules)?

And can anyone who has tried both offer any comments on the JAL F lounge vs the CX Lounge re ambience, breakfast offering, and drinks served (particularly champagne, juices and coffee!)?
