Excellent Recaro leather seats with equivilAnt of 150ish degree recline, automated controls for foot rest. Includes a back massager but tbh it doesn't work well. It's not lie flat but I have no trouble sleeping on them nor is it really an issue for day time flights.

Large comfortable grey duvets and large grey pillows.

Mint knocks it out of the park, but you can find some jfk-lax/SFO f fares for ~550.

I'd rank Mint > VX F > AA 321T Biz.

The cabin crew in F are usually stellar. Nice feeling of an exclusive 8 person cabin.
