On my last flight with BA, none of the IFE worked, they ran out of food and the FA's acted like they were on strike.
ps: to those who suggested MHT - that would be my preference but the flight is $1000 more expensive!
That does sound awful- I don't think it is representative though. Definitely give BA another chance. Book a seat towards the front of the cabin to ensure your choice of meal (I've never seen them run out entirely, but sometimes info choice is gone by the time they reach the back).
