i dont know seat number, but on Thai Airways A380 the upper deck economy bulkhead while narrower gave more leg room than you will find in F/J.

Edit: just checked and 24A/B/J/K seem to be similar to what I had. You should have plenty of legroom, although less seat width because tray is in the armrest.
