I would concur with the post above. I asked them to secure 4 tickets on any date
as long it was a weekend show. Informed me they got four up on row E centre. Ideal spot up front, but was a Sunday October 2017. Im sure I could of done it myself but saves me having to watch a computer for 6 hours and just nice for someone to do it for you.

I think perhaps people overestimate it. I tend to use it for fairly mundane things which I could do but don't have the time to do. I've had them get me Le Gavroche three times. saves me having to call over and over again.
