Errors when trying to book on Thai Smiles website

Anyone have any insight or experience with getting errors on Thai Smiles website? Specifically, I am getting an error about trying to use an unauthenticated credit card (one time pass code not valid) when I try to book. And of course, no point in the transaction asks for a OTP.

Contacted Chase - they indicate no charge was attempted. Tried a different card, same result.

Anything I can try differently?

Interestingly, I did attempt to book it on Thai Airways website, but it was coming up more expensive for the same Thai Smile flight.

Travel isn't until September, so not really urgent, but just trying to get travel details wrapped up.
