Don't know if OP is asking the benefit offered for MPC elites as stated in CX website or hotel's own elite program...

If OP is asking about MPC's elite benefit.... Nope never

If OP is asking about hotel's own elite program...... My experience is usually they will give you some of those benefits, but not guaranteed
