Best delivery (downtown, russian hill, pacific heights): Front Room Pizza on California and Larkin. Takes 45 minutes, but always a good thick pie with loads of toppings.
Pizza Orgasmica on Fillmore is good for 2am munchies.
Cybelles is mixed - the Noe (24th St) and Nob Hill locations are good, but the Marina one blows. Not recommended for delivery.
And let's not forget California Pizza Kitchen off Union Square. Yes, it's a chain, but nobody makes BBq chicken pizza like they do.
I don't go to Bezerkeley these days but if I did I would eat at Zachs.
Whatever you do, don't go to Round Table or Unos.
