I have booked a ticket with Malaysia Airlines from PVG to AKL via KUL. The original plan is -
Sat, 21 Jan, 16:05 PVG -> KUL MH389
Sun, 22 Jan, 08:40 KUL -> AKL MH133
Mon, 06 Feb, 01:15 AKL -> KUL MH130
Mon, 06 Feb, 08:55 KUL -> PVG MH388

However the trip is changed to something weird.
Sat, 21 Jan, 16:05 PVG -> KUL MH389
Sun, 22 Jan, 21:55 KUL -> AKL MH131
Mon, 06 Feb, 14:40 AKL -> KUL MH130
Mon, 06 Feb, 09:30 KUL -> PVG MH388

It's impossible for me to catch the last segment. What shall I suppose to do next? The tickets is non-refundable/no-change original.

1. Ask for rebook to other airlines suitable with my trip
2. or ask for rebook with another day&time within MH


I have submit the request on website, messaged on facebook, and phoned hotline for half an hour and always busy. Any other useful channel to contact with MH directly?
