AAnother flight, AAnother rude FA on a power trip, what a shocker...

Best option? Don't fly AA anymore, take your business elsewhere. Especially on an Atlantic flight, there's plenty of other, better options. You can blast the FA via customer service but there's nothing they can do and nothing they're interested in doing. They'll reply with some canned garbage that may vaguely mention the problem.

FAs on US airlines are accountable to no one so when they do extraordinary work they aren't rewarded for it, and when they're extraordinarily rude there is no system for detecting it, or handling it. In addition, you can't call them on their BS because they will have you arrested when the aircraft lands.

Too bad there isn't an inverse AAplause certificate. I'd use those far more than the AAplause certs themselves!
