Has anyone had trouble getting their chase ba travel together voucher issued in 2016. For the past three years I have received it exactly two weeks after I hit the 30,000 spend. This year it has been 6 weeks and no one at chase or ba know where it is or when I will be getting it. Chase is now emailing chase and ba management to see what is going on. Took 10 days for someone at chase to actually get involved. ba just could care less. Any suggestion??? Not worth the aggravation.
