If you are looking for a great meal and cannot get into Jules Verne would suggest you can try any of dozens of great restaurants in the general vicinity to name a few I have dined at: L Auberge Bessane, Au Pied de Fouet, La Fontaine de Mars and the more expensive places like Le Violin de Ingres or Arpage.
( the places I have listed IMHO are all better than Jules Verne, even and in some cases less expensive)

I'd also recommend going to zagat.com and checking out the 7th and 15th arrond. I think Jules Verne is overrated at a 22 for food.
