A 2:55 am arrival time into NRT would be brutal. You'd have quite a wait for public transportation.

I hope that flight is much cheaper as you'll also have a very long wait for your XXX connection, with lounges probably not being open throughout the wait. Yet to take a hotel at 4 am with a checkout of noon at the latest seems like a waste of money.

I'd fire the travel agent if he/she didn't notice the very long layover on one of these itineraries.
