March 30-April 1: Four chefs from Québec come to town each to collaborate with a Chicago chef on a special à la carte menu celebrating the culinary heritage and locally grown products of the Canadian province. Participating restaurants include Ambria, Blackbird and Pili.Pili, all of which will also be serving their regular menus.
