Does anyone have any experience or opinions regarding some of the local schools? Mrs. indigoboy is considering enrolling. Both Kendall College and CHIC seem comparable - Kendall is moving to a new facility in River North this year.
Mrs. indigoboy is quite an amazing cook already. The schooling would mainly serve to learn more advanced techniques and assist with job placement.
On a related note, has anyone ate at the student run restaurants of any of schools? I'm told you can get a great meal really cheap.
