There's a cheaper Hyatt in an almost equally good location, IIRC on rue de Rivoli in the 2nd.
Hotel du Louvre. In many ways a better location, closer to the Seine, left bank, Marais, etc.
But PH is arguably the best free night certificate burn in the entire system.
