Park Hyatt is in a great location, especially if you are only staying a short amount of time. You can walk virtually everywhere in Paris from PHPV, and it's a fantastic hotel. Louvre, Opera, Eiffel Tower, Orsay, etc. are all walkable (even Montmartre). In 24 hours though, you obviously won't be able to take advantage of all of those.
