Business class to Iceland is tough to get with miles, and even if you could it's hardly worthwhile considering it's such a short flight from the US. Unless you want to go to Europe too and route through Europe to get to Iceland. Delta flies JFK-KEF seasonally (I don't think they do in Dec), bookable with Korean miles (a Chase partner). Icelandair flies from a handful of US cities to KEF, but no Chase partner can book Icelandair awards.
Look into just paying cash to fly on Wowair (they fly out of BOS and BWI). Icelandair serves NYC if you prefer though they are usually pricier.
