Sorry to dredge up an old thread - has there been any update to this?

Picked up a car at MSY to drive to Biloxi for an emergency tonight. Reservation has drop off at GPT, but getting to the ERAC location inside Beau Rivage is much closer. I don't mind a reasonable fee to save the time and cab ride back to Biloxi.

I've tried calling national but gave up after 20 min on hold.
