Who is worse Aero Sivit,Aeroflot and others flying the Russia built aircrafts.
If Air China were so bad do you think they would be part of Star Alliance? I've had bad luck on United so it makes me wonder if the food is better on Air China?
I'm not expecting gourmet meals and I'm debating whether to request a special meal? Do I expect Air China to cater to American standards like Lufthansa who caters to European standards? No. Do I expect to eat every two hours? No. If you eat too much it can effect jetlag. If your worried about not having enough water go to a Starbucks post security and buy 4 bottles of bottled water.
I honestly think any airline can lose your bag which is why it's best to take your bags directly to Air China's ticket counter which we are doing from our Delta flight from San Jose and are allowing 4 hours on the outbound and 5 hours on the return at LAX.
If Air China were bad the FAA would backlist them. Did Air China ever have a situation like Malasyian Air?
Safety is my top priority and it seems like they have a good safety record.
Please if your so afraid to fly them avoid it. We would pay more to fly on Sibgapore Air. If Air China were so poor tour groups would not use them as they would lose business if their clients arrived days later.
Weather can happen anywhere.
Please respond to my rebuttal.
Don't quite get why you are dragging Malaysia Airlines into this...MH have had and always had a very very good in flight cabin crew and tech crew and dependable ground staff and in flight experince.
Bar the two tragedies, the airline has had a good record and still do even now.
