Is it booked under a DL or an AF code? If it is DL, no problem - you can have SMS take care of you.
Otherwise, make sure to call AF as soon as definite actions transpire - they will rebook you and probably FIM you over to DL. Regardless, it will mean you have to connect in either ATL/CVG/JFK.
