Air France Pilots Union Set 4-Day Strike Starting Nov 1

A top union representing Air France pilots has called a four-day strike starting Nov. 1 to press for higher pay, the airline said Monday.

In a statement, Air France's management said discussions were underway and that it was "hopeful" the protest would be called off.
