Again, the Dash 8 allowance is actually the same as the normal allowance. The only difference is that QF doesn't guarantee that the bags will be transported on the same flight you are on. Only the Dash 8 allowance is guaranteed for the flight, everything else is not. They might arrive a day later. Or two. Or three.
So yes, you will get the normal OWE allowance.
