There's a cheaper Hyatt in an almost equally good location, IIRC on rue de Rivoli in the 2nd.
If you're arriving late and don't have elite late checkout privileges, I'm not sure that the PH is worth the money given that you won't be there for very long, although the buffet breakfast is very good, even better with champagne for 15 Euros extra.
