#50: one of my favorite questions to date. In my wife's scrapbook of adventures in her single days is a ticket ($91 First Class) and boarding pass from HNL to SFO on Standard Airways flight 10 featuring Pink Cloud Service. A bit of research suggests it was a Lockheed Super Constellation in the Pink Cloud livery.
