In the Library there is a fully separated office with boardroom style seating. I've once seen it used (for a LGW staff mini meeting) other times it seems empty. The door is kept unlocked. I would have a word with the reception agent, I'd expect a positive outcome there. The Club Rooms are quite small in area, even a short phonecall would be quite intrusive and would be overheard by virtually everyone there, though you could perhaps retreat to the external staircase area for some privacy.

The best place for this, if timing allows, is the Regus Express business centre in South terminal.
