With 200K Chase points I'd consider transferring 40K to Singapore Airlines and using them for a round trip in business class (from Newark) using Air Canada's 787s with state-of-the-art lie-flat beds. On the return portion you could ticket SEA-xYVR-EWR using Air Canada's puddle jumper from SEA to YVR at no additional mileage cost. That's terrific value for miles, way better than redeeming them for coach tickets.
