Why be concerned about an airport shuttle that leaves every hour. Departure city doesn't really matter since passport control usually doesn't take very long , it's your checked bag that will be the hold-up.

Why not simply go with the flow, follow the signs, walk to the bag carousel and then wait 20-45min for your bag...
You don't seem to have plans to be in the city in the evening, so what would it matter to arrive at your hotel at 19:45 or 20:45?
