The claim 'weather' in a full service carrier that sends its birds zig-zagging across the continent is always somewhat valid. It wouldn't amount to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances but with tight scheduling, hail in Middle Earth can absolutely delay a Brussels arrival.

Cheeky yes, dodgy yes, criminal absolutely not.
