Just a meeting / gathering of forum users to meet each other and enjoy some time, eat good food, enjoy some beers, wine, whisky? And, perhaps, get to know some friendly people from anywhere?

If so: I am so very disappointed, that during this event, I might enjoy some Korean BBQ while being in South Korea myself.
OK, after writing this, I am not really disappointed but it might have been fun ... ;-)
See you guys next time.

PS: My grandfather worked as an engineer at THF for about 15 years until 1967 - please enjoy his home away from home, as he liked to call Tempelhof!
Sorry to miss you at the Berlin Do, Askartus! You guessed it right. A FlyerTalk Do is a gathering of FlyerTalkers which can be just a meal with half a dozen people or a weekend of eating, drinking, sightseeing, talking about miles and points or just enjoying meeting new and old friends from all over the world. If you look at the attendee list you will find there will be quite a few people form the US, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and several European countries including Germany!

You may like to keep an eye on future Dos in this thread which also includes lists of past Dos: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/commu...st-thread.html
