Another thing is that, while obviously I do not have Hilton's data in front of me, I would wonder just how loyal those self-proclaimed "big spenders" are. If I had a budget of $1k/night like the OP claims, I would not be loyal to a chain; I would find the best hotel in that town and pay for what I wanted. Hilton has very few propertiess, relatively speaking, that even fall into that price tier.
