Will be taking the EuroStar over to Paris Friday evening and plan on staying the night and taking a late EuroStar back to London Saturday night.

Any recommendations on which Hyatt to stay at? We want to see the sights, eat some delicious food and also stay at a nice Hyatt.

I have the Park Hyatt booked although I am unsure if that is the best location? Any other recommendations on which Hyatt has the best location for a short trip like this?
