Fully agree, Tojo's in Vancouver was an epiphany for me and eating sushi. I purposely did not eat sushi in the Chicago area for a few months after Vancouver so I would not remember how disappointed I would be w/Chicago (or anywhere else) sushi.

FYI, did a review in the Western Canada forum about Tojo's
