I really find you can have a full dinner on the flight even when sleeper service is on offer. I had a salmon starter followed by a beef cheeks dish on the 176 two weeks ago - but rather than keeping the lights on for the full service they keep them turned off for those that want to sleep. Personally wish they would always have dimmed lighting in any might time flight but that's a different point...
