Nope. In all likelihood, you'll end up in the same room unless the property really is unavoidably full. If you want the points on top then either consider whether a cash stay all round would be better value, or see if there's a nearby property that you could switch to for the final night.

If you and another guest have Honors accounts and equivalent status, then the other guest with you could book and pay for the final night to collect the points, but they're not really transferrable and if your statuses are different you could be losing out on benefits.
