Hello everybody,

Planning to have short weekend (3-4 days) trip to Vietnam in Oct-Nov timeframe. Where would you recommend to go while minimizing the time to get to the destination (flying from Singapore), while considering the following:

- Already been in Saigon (HCMC). No interest to go back.
- It is already in plans to go to Hanoi next year.
- Hoi An would be the right place but it is warnings all over that Nov is flood time.

Interests are: street food and great vietnamese coffee; nature; history; culture; boat trips with no more than 10 people on them.

Not interested and avoiding: shopping; tourist traps (including any Vietnam War related sites); a lot of people in one place; clubbing/nightlife/drinking.
