nearly 10 months: departing AU 25/5/2017, arriving back on 29/6/2017

Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
Basically yes - had to move 2 days earlier to get SQ instead of TG

Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?
Rung Australian team and 41 minutes later all confirmed, ticketed in another 60 minutes

How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
First attempt.
I checked on ANA, didn't see any SQ availability but there was enough TG. Asked for preferred dates first, could not get them on SQ, only on TG, so asked if they can find something on SQ around and they quickly did.
